We are a team of holistic mental health clinicians and providers that believe in a mind-body approach when working with our clients. We look to treat the whole person by creating individualized plans to fit your specific needs.
Your initial session will include a thorough biopsychosocial assessment of your background, history and presenting concern. This initial assessment provides the foundation for our therapeutic work.
